Shipping policy

We at Moore Essentials, take great pride in the production of all of our products because we care. It is our mission to process and ship your order as soon as possible. 

Sea Moss Gels are perishable, therefore all sea moss gel orders are only shipped out Monday, exceptions may apply.  The last day to order in time for Mondays shipment is Sunday by 11:59pm. Our shipping policy is to ensure you receive your order fresh and in a timely manner.

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Priority Mail. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Orders are typically received within 3-5 days. If you need your order sooner, please use our express options at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking number. Please have someone available to receive your order. Product is perishable and needs to be refrigerated upon arrival. 

If for any reason your order is delayed, you will receive and an email to keep you updated.
